Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress, producer, playwright and teacher at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk is daughter of a Briton as well as an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. In her early years Anna was a part of a variety of television commercials. Then, in November 1999 Anna made the move to Toronto for the purpose of advancing her acting career. She eventually shifting into Los Angeles, California, in the following decade. Seth Cooperman, whom she had met in a Los Angeles actors' workshop earlier in 2007, was her partner in the year 2009. They were married in a civil ceremony that December and renew their vows during a Jewish wedding ceremony held in Fredericton on April 11, 2011 after Anna's conversion to Judaism. Bo's sex-based romance with Lauren was highlighted in CNN's most popular television Couples ever and named Top Television Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. The success of the show led to Anna growing a substantial followers on social media.
